Commercial Law: Young Adult Financial Literacy from Legal Perspective
Commercial activities are inevitable in our daily life. Everything involves money transactions, from buying online to physical transactions. From RM1 to RM1 million transaction. From a simple contract to a more complicated terms and conditions. Both parties need to honor the terms of the contract and both shall take the responsibilities if either party breaching the contract.
The young adults need to be aware of the legal process and to take seriously of any legal documents presented before them. Either being served with the cause papers (from Court) or being furnished with legal contract before buying a property or obtaining a loan. The need to seek legal consultation from legally sound personal rather than ChatGPT per se. Long way to go for the young adults. All the best and don’t stop learning.
