Sahanuzi or better known as Gee read in Chambers with Messrs Anad & Noraini and was then initially exposed in general and banking litigation especially in foreclosure proceedings, auctions, bankruptcy, winding-up and debt-recovery matters. Upon admission to Malaysian bar Gee joined Messrs Dhaliwal & Naicker (Kuala Lumpur). There Gee was exposed to accident and bodily injuries related cases and insurance claims. Gee later joined Messrs Ariffin Raj De Silva (Rawang) and was attached to conveyancing division.

In 2008 Gee joined Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd (“PERODUA”) as in-house counsel. Gee involved in handling portfolio of Property, and Conveyancing matters for Perodua Group of Companies and started to build her interest. Gee also was exposed to corporate works including but not limited to drafting various contract documents, joint venture agreement, mitigation, and industrial relation matters etc. She later co-founded the firm under the name of Messrs Azarol Suhaidi & Sahanuzi in April 2010 and later the firm was merged with Messrs Khairul A. & Co in November 2010.

Prior to joining Suhaidi Yusoff & Partners in June 2018, Gee was a Partner at Messrs Khairul A. & Co since November 2010. Gee’s experience is mainly relating to corporate and conveyancing matters pertaining to property transaction as well as the loan/facility and other security documentations. Gee is currently attached to subsales, auction matters, land, general contracts, consultancy, and loan documentation from various major financial institutions in Malaysia.
