MESSRS. SUHAIDI YUSOFF & PARTNERS (‘SYP’) is a partnership entity formed and established with high spirit to combine the partners’ strength and experiences to provide best legal service to clients. The partnership comprises of SUHAIDI BIN ISMAIL, SAHANUZI BINTI JAAFAR and MOHAMAD AZAROL BIN ABDUL RAZAK of the Principal Office in Rawang, NOR HASNEYYATIL HABIBAH BT HASSAN and ROS SHIMAH BINTI NAZRI of Shah Alam Office and MOHAMAD YUSOFF BIN ABDUL KADIR of Kajang Office. The partners are committed and dedicated towards providing professional and efficient legal service tailored to clients’ specific needs and requirements.
SYP handles all aspects of legal matters covering both conveyancing and litigation works as well as some corporate works. To date, ALL of SYP Partners have been practicing in legal industry for about or more than 18 years.

Our History
Although SYP is just recently established, SYP Partners were all ex-Partners of former established firms where all Partners used to provide services for more than five thousand (5,000) clients including banks and financial institutions, companies, government and statutory bodies, cooperative society and non-profit organization (NGO), not to mention individual clients.
Prior establishment of SYP, all SYP Partners were Partners of Messrs Khairul A. & Co (November 2010 – June 2018) and used to handle and maintain (in the total list combined) more than thirty thousand (30,000) cases and files involving consideration up to Ringgit Malaysia: Five Hundred Million (RM500,000,000.00) transactions whereas in litigation matter, SYP Partners had conducted more than five thousand (5,000) cases.
Apart from being a lawyer, our partners have contributed to the societies by sharing their knowledge and experience with NGOs and university students such as National University of Malaysia (UKM) and Islamic University Science of Malaysia (USIM).
