Suhaidi reads in Chambers with Firdaus Azlina & Co. Upon his admission to the Malaysian Bar in 2003, he joined Messrs Syed & Co as a Legal Assistant and was entrusted to attend to all conveyancing matters including but not limited to Sub-sale cases, tenancy, lease and also attending for signing of the Developer’s Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Later, Suhaidi joined Messrs Yip Kum Fook & Associates (Kuala Lumpur) as a Legal Assistant and was in charge of housing loan and commercial loan for various financial institutions such as CIMB Bank, Public Bank, EON Bank and Hong Leong Bank.

Apart from loan documentation, Suhaidi also has a vast experience in general conveyancing and civil litigation. In general conveyancing, Suhaidi is well versed with all types of Sales and Purchase Agreement as well as loan/facility and other security documentations whereas his practice in civil litigation covers general contract, land law, probate & administration, and other general litigation.

Prior co-founding Suhaidi Yusoff & Partners, Suhaidi managed his own firm previously known as Messrs Azarol Suhaidi & Sahanuzi. The firm was established in April 2010 and merged with Messrs Khairul A. & Co in November 2010.

Suhaidi is also a Syarie Lawyer (for Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur) and is expert in Islamic family law, probate, administration and Islamic property matters.
